TRUFungal PCR requisition and report data

The current TruPath master pathogen-antimicrobial mapping is loaded from this product's own MySQL database (or its bundled JSON fallback). Update the mapping through the Admin Dashboard's Pathogens / Antimicrobials / Recommendations / ICD-10 pages, or by re-running tools/import_data_library.php against an updated reference_source/TruPath_Generator_Data_Library_Fungal.json export - not by uploading a spreadsheet from this page.

1Master mapping data source

Reference data loaded from the server-side database (fallback: bundled JSON export). This build intentionally does not include the standalone generator's client-side "upload updated master spreadsheet" (.xlsx) feature - mapping updates are admin-managed and server-side, the same way every sibling TruPath product line already works.
