TruWound PCR with MAST — Admin Guide

Local setup

1. Import schema: mysql.exe -u root < database/schema.sql
2. Import data: php.exe tools/import_data_library.php

Report Generator

The live preview is the approved standalone generator's own JavaScript engine, reconstructed byte-for-byte (only the icon references were changed from embedded base64 to plain file paths). Generate PDF (Server) is the one addition: it submits the case to this project's own database-backed API, which independently re-validates and re-computes everything, then saves a real PDF.

Dashboard tabs

• Wound Targets — the organism panel and ranked recommendations.
• Antimicrobials — MASTER_CLINICAL_INFO plus the MEDICATION_CLINICAL_INFO overlay (checked first).
• MAST Plates — the 5 Evolve plates and which organisms are MAST-eligible (read-only reference).
• Reports / Users — standard admin tracking, same as every sibling product.

Known gaps / judgment calls
